Previous studies looked at smaller numbers of people, which may have skewed findings. A new study of over 175,000 people seems to refute data that eggs can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Besides being safe to eat and very nutritious in proteins, vitamins and minerals, eggs are also fairy cheap, are not processed and don’t have anything added to them like sugars and preservatives.
