The coronavirus is spread through droplets from coughing and sneezing that then enter your nasal passages and mucous membranes. Even if your food had been sneezed on, the coronavirus would be destroyed by your stomach acid.
Add to that the fact that the food safety rules that all restaurants follow and you are safe eating food from your local restaurants.
