AmeriCorps’ National Civilian Community Corps is getting a bit of help these days from young people. Across the country, they are assisting with food distribution, COVID-19 response, wildfire management, help with affordable housing and more.
This is a government-funded, ten month program that engages young people to help out in the community. Students completing the program get assistance paying for college or paying off student loans.
